  We've changed the Client Centre  
  We're currently evaluating a new support ticket system and online user forum, because of this we have suspended the old Client Centre. It is hoped that the new system will provide an easier way for users to access support and to track their issues.  
     
  Support Ticket System  
  If you would like to report a bug, ask a general question, or to suggest an improvement to Onyx, please create a new support ticket here. When you create a support ticket you will receive an email with a tracking number and you'll also be updated via email when the support ticket is changed.  
     
  User Forum  
  We will monitor and answer questions posed on the user forum but its primary purpose is for users of Onyx to assist each other. Perhaps you've created a new invoice template and would like to share, or you've hit upon a nifty way to deal with a particular task, if so, let everyone know via the forum.
